I don’t know about you, but cooking a turkey is stressful! I mean, it’s sort of the star of the show. And to mess it up… ugh, I can’t even think about that!
The first tip I got when I was hosting my first Thanksgiving: turkey oven bags. And thaw well in advance! But if you forget to thaw, here’s a video from Anne Burrel on how to thaw in a few hours!
